The Smith Squad XL open road/chrpeverydaybluem/chrpstormbluesensorm ski goggles feature advanced optical solutions that provide exceptional clarity of vision in varied weather conditions on the slopes. The technologies used, ChromaPop™, Fog-X, and Airflow System, are responsible for enhanced image contrast, effective anti-fog protection, and optimal ventilation during intense activity.
ChromaPop™ and Fog-X Optical Technologies
The cylindrical lens equipped with ChromaPop™ technology allows for precise differentiation of colours and terrain details, improving orientation in challenging lighting conditions. The specialized Fog-X coating offers increased protection against fogging, even during dynamic rides. The Smith Squad XL models also provide S2 and S1 lens categories, enabling comfortable use in medium and low light conditions.
Protective Features and Safety
The high-quality CARBONIC lens is characterised by exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and effective sun protection in categories S2 and S1. The goggle construction ensures effective eye protection from harmful UV radiation and adverse weather conditions. The transparency of the lenses in various degrees of tint supports active visibility control on the trails.

Advantages
Very good
I had the pleasure of testing in sunny and cloudy conditions. The red lens is sufficient even in bright sunshine, while the yellow improves visibility a little on cloudy days. I ordered an additional black lens for strong sun - unnecessarily, the red one works fine.
The goggles are large but fit my head and helmet perfectly, with a good fit and no evaporation.
I previously had goggles for ~£200 with a single lens and could feel the difference in visibility, the chromapop actually increases contrast slightly.
The only small downside is the glass changing system. You have to practice changing them before you go out on the slopes because it's tiring and takes ~3 minutes once you get the hang of it (you have to watch tutorials on yt). So there's no way to change your skins quickly, which is useful when, for example, you're skiing down a sunny slope and then suddenly the rest of the way is in heavy shade.
