1. Promotion Organiser
The organiser of the ‘APP’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is SPORTANO.COM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zielona Góra (65-427) at ul. Wrocławska 17B lok. 15-16, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000896178, with NIP 9731077223, REGON 388722422, BDO 0005 50240, with share capital of PLN 25,325,950.00 paid in full (‘Organiser’).
2. Place and Duration of the Promotion
The Promotion is conducted in the Organiser’s online store available at https://sportano.com (the “Organiser’s Store”).
The Promotion runs from 9 June 2025 to 28 February 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Conditions for Participation in the Promotion
The Promotion is open to natural persons who download the Organiser’s Store mobile application and meet the conditions for participation set out in these Terms and Conditions. Upon meeting these requirements, such persons become participants in the Promotion (the “Promotion Participants”).
4. Promotion Rules
a) The Promotion consists of the Promotion Participant being able, during the Promotion Period, to use the discount code “APP”, which reduces the value of the order by EUR 10 gross, provided that the order value (before applying the discount) is at least EUR 99 gross.
b) A condition for using the Promotion is logging into a SPORTANO account or creating a new account and logging into the SPORTANO account.
c) Products included in the Promotion are all products available in the Organiser’s Store, excluding gift cards. Products included in the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as the “Products”.
d) The discount code “APP” may be used by each logged-in Promotion Participant only once, in a single transaction.
5. Method of Using the Promotion
In order to participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period the following steps must be taken:
a) log in to the SPORTANO account;
b) add Products to the basket with a total value of at least EUR 99 gross (before the discount);
c) before placing the order – in the “Basket” section – expand the “I have a discount code” field, enter the code “APP” and confirm it.
Providing the discount code by the Promotion Participant after placing the order does not entitle them to benefit from the Promotion. Failure to enter the above-mentioned discount code means that the purchaser has waived the right to benefit from the Promotion in respect of the given transaction. In such a case, upon making payment, the purchaser irrevocably loses the right to benefit from the Promotion in relation to that transaction.
6. Additional Conditions
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge. This means that purchasing Products under the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur any additional costs other than payment of the Product price and any delivery costs.
The discount is not exchangeable for any means of payment and is not payable in cash.
The Promotion may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, price reductions, campaigns, special price offers or product offers valid in the Organiser’s Store, unless the terms of those promotions provide otherwise.
In the event of the return of Products purchased under the Promotion after the end of the Promotion Period, the Promotion Participant shall not be entitled to benefit from the Promotion again.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Promotion Participants to the Organiser’s registered office address or electronically to contact@sportano.com within 14 days from the date on which the circumstances justifying the complaint became apparent.
In order to facilitate and speed up the complaint handling process, the Promotion Participant should provide their first and last name and contact details (e.g. e-mail address or telephone number), as well as a description of the circumstances justifying the complaint.
The Organiser shall respond to the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission. Complaints are considered by the Organiser, applying in particular the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended only in the event of an important reason, namely:
a) changes in legal provisions governing the conditions, rules and organisation of the Promotion;
b) changes in the method of conducting the Promotion caused by technical or technological reasons;
c) changes in the scope or manner of providing services to which the provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply, by introducing new functionalities or services, modifying or withdrawing existing ones covered by the Terms and Conditions by the Organiser.
In the event of an amendment to the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser shall make the consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions available by publishing it at https://sportano.com/promotion-terms-app.
The amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the moment it is explicitly indicated and published at the above-mentioned address.
