Do you want to know when the shipment will reach you? After receiving information about the shipment of your order, you can keep track of your shipment. You can find the tracking link in the following places:
In the user account
Log in to your account by clicking on My Account. In the user panel, go to the Orders section, and then to Shipments. If the order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to a courier, a link to track the shipment should be provided here.
In your shipping confirmation email
You will also find information about the shipment of your order in your e-mail from which you made the purchase. In the message, in addition to shipping confirmation, you will also find a link to track the shipment.
On the DHL website
You can also get information about the route of your shipment via the DHL website. To track your order, you will need a tracking number - you will find it in the order confirmation email and in your user account.
