    How to order?

    1. Add products to the cart

    In order to place an order in the Sportano.com store, you must first add products to the cart. In the next step, go to the purchase by clicking on the Shopping Cart button. Check that all products in the order list match (their quantity, color, size, etc.). If so, proceed to the next step by clicking the Proceed to checkout button.

    Note: If you have a discount code, please enter it at this stage of your order (below the Proceed to checkout button).

    2. Select a delivery method and shipping address

    In the next step, you will choose the delivery method and complete the shipment details. Logged-in users can retrieve this data from the saved addresses in the user account.

    3. Select your payment method

    After selecting the payment method (the list of available payment options can be found in this tab), you will receive a summary of your order. At this stage, you can still change your order (e.g. address and delivery method, billing details).

    4. Pay for the order

    In order to proceed to the finalization of the order, click the Order and pay button. In the next step, you will be redirected to the website of the bank or platform from which you will make the payment. If you have chosen the option of payment by traditional transfer or cash on delivery, you will receive an order confirmation.

    5. Track your order status

    Your order has been forwarded for processing. We will keep you updated by e-mail about the status change.

    Logged-in users can monitor their order from the account level in the Orders tab, track the shipment and download the invoice.

    Users who do not have an account in the Sportano store will be informed by e-mail about the next stages of the order. You can find tracking information here.

    6. Congratulations! Order delivered

    If the order has safely reached your hands and meets your expectations, share your opinion about the product. In this way, you will make shopping easier for other users.

    Remember that each product purchased at Sportano can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
