Returns
Each product purchased at Sportano can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The returned product must not bear any signs of use.
Important! Returned goods are sent back at your own expense. The parcel can be returned using any courier company. However, it is advisable to use a service that offers parcel tracking and insurance.
How to make a return?
Below you will find instructions on how to make a return in the Sportano store.
For logged-in users
- Log in to the account you ordered the product from.
- In the My Account tab, select Returns on the left.
- Select the order from the list to which the return applies.
- Select the products you want to return and indicate the reason.
- Approve the return.
- Contact the selected courier and send the return package.
For unregistered users
- Go to the Return page without logging in.
- Enter your order number and the email address from which you ordered the products.
- Select the products you want to return and indicate the reason.
- Approve the return.
- Contact the selected courier and send the return package.
How do I send the returned product via courier company?
- Secure and pack the returned items.
- Place the provided return instructions in the box with the returned goods
- If you are going to use the original packaging, remove the old label or stick the new one directly on it
- Two forms of returning a parcel:
- go to the website of the courier company of your choice and fill in the return parcel order form, ordering collection by courier;
- make the return at the collection point of the courier company of your choice.
- Hand over the parcel and keep the return receipt.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a corrective invoice by e-mail.
- Wait for the refund.

The refund will be issued to its original payment method, such as your bank, credit card, or PayPal account.
Once your return is accepted, you will receive payment within a maximum of 14 days after we receive your return package. In practice, the funds should be on your account within 3-5 working days.

Complaints are subject to all products purchased in the Sportano store. In the case of a group of food products (e.g. supplements and nutrients), the complaint must be submitted within the product's shelf life.
