Dietary supplement. Contains sugars and a sweetening agent. Directions for use
Dissolve 3.5 scoops of powder (100 g) in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume in the morning, before, or after training. The recommended daily serving of the product is 100 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
