Memory Foam System

MFS is a foam compound from the Meindl brand that is used as a finishing touch to the boot's upper (within the ankle). The foam in the base of the shoe responds to body heat and adapts to the wearer's foot, while in the cuff it stabilises the leg during walking.

DIGAfix®

Flexible, diagonal attachment to the laces, allowing the foot to be "embraced" but without causing pressure. The system reduces the risk of the shoe snagging on an obstacle or on the other shoe and supports the user's stability while hiking in the field.

GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort Footwear
