Excellent dynamics
A great shoe, well worth the price. Super cushioning as well as rebound. Impressions at around 4min pace very good. I personally use for faster accents and 5/10km starts. I recommend

Perfecction
The shoe encourages fast running and is incredibly comfortable. It is definitely for people with wide feet without overpronation or supination, because its softness requires a flat landing (this can be made up for with deep muscle training, but it takes time).

Excellent shoes! My first 'typical' running shoes, so I don't have a comparison, but the change from athletic shoes to the Neo Zen is hugely noticeable in Mizuno's favour, obviously. The foam has great cushioning and spring, giving a noticeable bounce. The upper is comfortable and fits well on a medium-slim foot. Ankle stabilisation is rather nominal, so worth bearing in mind.

The shoes are very comfortable but it is important to remember that they are for runners with neutral feet. The foam is so propulsive that they perform best at a pace of 4:30/km and less.
