    The trekking boots Salewa MTN Trainer 2 Mid GTX are an ideal choice for those who need footwear for trekking in demanding terrain. They stand out with many advantages, including high durability, stability, and foot protection.

    The high quality of workmanship and the use of durable materials ensure a long lifespan of the boots. Thanks to their durable suede upper and full protective rubber rand, the boot is reliable. The use of the GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane guarantees protection against moisture while allowing excess sweat to escape, keeping feet dry.  

    The midsole is made of two types of polyurethane foam with different densities, providing a balanced combination of cushioning and stiffness, which allows handling difficult mountain terrain as well as flat rocky surfaces. 

    The 3F System takes care of foot stabilization and control during trekking in challenging terrain. Thanks to the Flex Collar technology, the ankle has full freedom of movement, and the Multi Fit Footbed+ with two interchangeable layers allows for even greater customization and fit to the foot.

    The Salewa MTN Trainer 2 Mid GTX trekking boots offer not only excellent foot protection but also a comfortable option for demanding hikers and mountain trekking enthusiasts.

    A special binding found in some models of mountain boots. In a system taken from climbing boots, the binding extends right to the top of the boot. This allows the shoe to be adjusted very precisely in difficult terrain.
    Cleansport NXT®
    A technology that uses the natural process of breaking down sweat by beneficial micro-organisms. Sweat is broken down into carbon dioxide and water, providing odour control. This technology can be applied to both natural and synthetic fibres.
    Flex Collar
    A curved, elastic cuff in the shoe that provides freedom to the rear ankle joint. This gives comfort and safety when descending steep terrain.
    GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort
    A versatile technology used in most trekking boots. It provides the boots with resistance to very adverse weather conditions. It is characterised by being waterproof, windproof and breathable.
    MFF+

      I didn't give an opinion before because I wanted to try the shoes out on the trails - I did. They are great, they hold the foot and ankle very well, they work well on various surfaces. Thermoregulation is sensational - probably the socks played a big role too, but I was wearing them in 30-degree heat and my foot didn't even sweat. Worth the price!!!!
