The In-Mold construction, where the outer shell is bonded to the inner shock-absorbing layer, provides lightness and durability of the helmet, as well as effective head protection.

The precise fit of the Smith Engage 2 MIPS helmet is ensured by the VaporFit™ adjustment system, which allows easy and quick customization of the helmet's circumference to the user's individual needs via a dial. Koroyd®

A material used in Smith helmets that provides a high level of safety. It is characterised by a cylindrical structure that absorbs energy during impact and transforms it into kinetic energy, but does not give it back, as is the case with materials that act like a spring. In addition, thanks to their construction from small tubes, they are well permeable to air.

VaporFit™

VaporFit™ technology is designed for ease of use and superior comfort. It is based on a proven rotary dial adjustment system, combined with a flexible fit using engineered shapes. Each VaporFit™ system offers a full 5 cm of rotational adjustment range.

In-Mould

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
