Made from abrasion-resistant yet breathable material, they effectively prevent small elements from entering the inside of the shoe, without restricting air flow. As a result, feet stay dry and comfortable, even during long runs in challenging terrain.

Stupidity does not require additional straps – they work best in combination with Altra shoes equipped with the GaiterTrap™ system, which ensures a secure fit and reliable grip on the shoe. This solution eliminates the problem of material shifting during dynamic movements.

Lightweight, the leg does not overheat, and they protect very well. After 30 km on variable mountain surfaces (mud, sand, stones, mulch) nothing fell into the boots. I don't know if they would have worked with another shoe, as the velcro at the back on the Altras does help hold them in place though. The lack of a rubber strap under the shoe, which in other stuput quickly rubs off and reduces the grip of the sole is great. Easy machine washable. Pity they don't come in smaller sizes, as S/M for boots 39 is a bit too big.

The best stuput I have had so far. Putting them on is not a hassle. Nothing happens to them during the run and the lack of a strap under the sole changes everything! The extra velcro makes them easy to transport, nothing gets caught.
