Alpina Brix Children's Ski Helmet is a product dedicated to young winter sports enthusiasts, combining safety, comfort, and modern technological solutions. Thanks to the use of the IN-MOLD construction, the cushioning layer made of EPS is directly embedded in the polycarbonate shell, which improves impact resistance while ensuring the lightness of the entire structure, weighing only 360 g.

Construction and Materials

The helmet's construction is based on a solid polycarbonate shell, which is combined with an EPS lining. This combination of materials provides maximum protection for the user in case of impacts. Additionally, the applied CERAMIC SHELL technology increases the helmet's external durability, and the EDGE PROTECT system protects the edges from mechanical damage.

Closure and Adjustment System

The helmet features an Ergomatic buckle, allowing easy and quick adjustment even when the user is wearing gloves. Size adjustment is done via a dial, Y-Clip, and the Run System Classic, enabling precise fitting to the child's head shape. Additionally, the ear pads offer extra protection against cold and noise.

PC shell

This is an additional polycarbonate plate that gives Inmold helmets an elegant finish. It covers the edges on the underside of the helmet. This manufacturing process ensures that there are no sharp edges in Inmold helmets, reducing the risk of injury.

INMOLD

The Inmold helmet manufacturing process involves heating the outer polycarbonate layer of the helmet to a high temperature and then bonding it to the inner EPS layer by applying high pressure. The result is a permanent bond between the two layers, creating a helmet that is lightweight and extremely stable.
