Alpina Brix Children's Ski Helmet is a product dedicated to young winter sports enthusiasts, combining safety, comfort, and modern technological solutions. Thanks to the use of IN-MOLD construction, the cushioning layer made of EPS is directly embedded in the polycarbonate shell, which improves impact resistance while ensuring the entire structure is lightweight, weighing only 360 g.

Construction and Materials

The helmet's construction is based on a solid polycarbonate shell, which is combined with an EPS lining. This combination of materials provides maximum protection for the user in case of impacts. Additionally, the applied CERAMIC SHELL technology increases the helmet's external durability, and the EDGE PROTECT system protects the edges from mechanical damage.

Closure and Adjustment System

The helmet is equipped with an Ergomatic buckle, which ensures ease and speed of adjustment, even when wearing gloves. The size adjustment system is done via a dial, Y-Clip, and the Run System Classic, allowing individual fitting to the child's head shape. PC shell

EN 1077 certification

This is a European safety certificate which certifies that the helmet has passed crash and point tests. Soft ear muffs

Soft ear muffs are a different helmet design with ear muffs that are not overlapped by the helmet shell. Ergomatic clasp

The chin strap uses an Ergomatic-type fastener, which is highly durable. It allows multi-stage adjustment at the touch of a button and locking of the buckle. Ergomatic can even be operated with ski gloves.

Run System Classic

The Run System Classic technology, used in Alpina helmets, allows the helmet to be precisely adjusted to the size of the head. Using a simple, easy-to-use dial, each wearer can adjust the helmet to their unique head shape.

Y-Clip

CERAMIC SHELL

The innovative top shell of the helmet is made of Ceramic SHEEL material. This is a lightweight and thin material that is extremely resistant to damage, scratches, UV radiation and also has anti-static properties.

EDGE PROTECT

This is an additional polycarbonate plate that gives Inmold helmets an elegant finish. It covers the edges on the underside of the helmet. This manufacturing process ensures that there are no sharp edges in Inmold helmets, reducing the risk of injury.

INMOLD

The Inmold helmet manufacturing process involves heating the outer polycarbonate layer of the helmet to a high temperature and then bonding it to the inner EPS layer by applying high pressure. The result is a permanent bond between the two layers, creating a helmet that is lightweight and extremely stable.
