Alpina Brix Children's Ski Helmet is a product designed for young winter sports enthusiasts, offering a combination of safety, comfort, and modern technologies. Thanks to the IN-MOLD construction, the cushioning area made of EPS is directly processed into the polycarbonate shell, which increases impact resistance and ensures the lightness of the entire structure, weighing only 360 g.

Construction and Materials

The basis of the helmet's construction is a durable polycarbonate shell integrated with an EPS liner. This combination of materials maximizes user protection during potential collisions. An additional advantage is the CERAMIC SHELL technology, which strengthens external protection, and EDGE PROTECT, which guards against mechanical damage on the helmet's edges.

Closure and Adjustment System

The helmet is equipped with an Ergomatic buckle, which ensures ease and speed of adjustment, even when wearing gloves. Size adjustment is done via a dial, Y-Clip, and the Run System Classic, allowing individual fitting to the child's head shape. PC shell

EN 1077 certification

This is a European safety certificate which certifies that the helmet has passed crash and point tests. Run System Classic

CERAMIC SHELL

EDGE PROTECT

This is an additional polycarbonate plate that gives Inmold helmets an elegant finish. It covers the edges on the underside of the helmet. This manufacturing process ensures that there are no sharp edges in Inmold helmets, reducing the risk of injury.

INMOLD

The Inmold helmet manufacturing process involves heating the outer polycarbonate layer of the helmet to a high temperature and then bonding it to the inner EPS layer by applying high pressure. The result is a permanent bond between the two layers, creating a helmet that is lightweight and extremely stable.
