I would suggest sizing up by 0.5 number more than normal. theoretically, my size in length fit, but by reinforcing the front and pulling the material down, the tips of the toes had little room for height and yet I had to exchange for a little bigger. Sole superb. Walking and running well cushioned and protecting the joints, which is what I care about most. This is another shoe from this brand, although I tried another brand, but came back to ON.
