An extremely efficient helmet ventilation system patented by the Giro brand. It consists of a combination of vents in the shell of the helmet with exhaust channels inside. The result is a constant influx of fresh air and routing it around the cyclist's head and pushing stale air outwards.

This is an innovative solution in helmet design that enhances its functionality in terms of both cooling and comfort. Thanks to the special design, the helmet remains slightly elevated above the head, allowing better flow of cool air around the skull. Using unique internal channels and vents, this system effectively dissipates heat while ensuring the helmet is easy to adjust and stable to wear.

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
