An inexpensive swimrun wetsuit that will also work for triathlon. Much easier to put on and take off in t1 than a traditional wetsuit (short sleeves, legs and zips - both on the back and front). It doesn't overheat because it has a fairly thin 2.5mm neoprene, because it's swimrun ready, so you won't overheat in the summer on a tri either. Of course, it's thinner then it's also less buoyant.
