A set of two resistance bands measuring 180 x 15 cm, made of durable latex material. The bands are used in strengthening training for the whole body, and are also intended for mobilizing joint exercises and stretching, especially during warm-up before the main workout.  

The color of the bands corresponds to their thickness, which affects the resistance generated and the difficulty level of the exercises performed. The set includes blue bands with a thickness of 0.5 mm and orange bands - 0.65 mm.
