Garmin Running Dynamics Pod is an innovative running dynamics sensor that enables the analysis of key running parameters, providing runners with tools to improve technique and training efficiency.

Thanks to the Garmin Running Dynamics Pod sensor, it is possible to calculate and transmit 6 key running parameters to a compatible device. The device is designed to provide freedom of running without the need to wear a chest heart rate sensor. After pairing the sensor with a compatible smartwatch, simply attach it to the back, center part of the waistband and start running.

The sensor allows displaying and analyzing important running parameters such as cadence, stride length, ground contact time and balance, vertical oscillation, and vertical ratio. These biomechanical measurements help understand running form, enabling better performance.
