POC Dimension Avalanche 25 l Avalanche Backpack is an advanced solution for winter sports enthusiasts, providing safety and comfort during activities in mountainous terrain.

The built-in avalanche airbag is designed to increase survival chances in the event of an avalanche. Powered by a supercapacitor, it charges quickly, is temperature-independent, can be reused multiple times, and fully inflates in less than 4 seconds.

The backpack features a built-in twICEme® Medical ID NFC chip, which stores important medical information about the user. In case of an accident, rescuers or companions can access this data via a smartphone, which can be crucial for providing first aid. This is a valuable feature that can contribute to faster and more effective treatment.  

Goggle pocket, lined with fleece material, protects them from scratches and other damage, which is important for maintaining good visibility while skiing. The backpack also includes a specially designed drainage pocket for wet gloves or ski skins. This prevents moisture from penetrating the rest of the backpack’s contents, and the equipment dries faster.  

The main compartment of the POC Dimension Avalanche backpack is accessible from the back, allowing easy and quick access to contents even when skis are attached to the backpack. This practical solution is extremely convenient, especially during long ski trips where frequent access to gear and provisions is key.

The backpack is equipped with ski and snowboard carrying straps and a detachable helmet pocket, making it easy to carry all equipment on the back. Additional ice axe loops are located on the front of the backpack, enhancing its functionality. On the left shoulder strap, there is a loop for a carabiner, which allows hanging a water bottle.
