    The HEAD Knight ski helmet is a true technological marvel for skiing enthusiasts seeking advanced protection and functionality. Elegantly featuring a built-in visor, it becomes an excellent choice for those who want to give up traditional goggles. This also allows people who wear prescription glasses to enjoy comfort.

    The innovative In-Mold technology used in the helmet's construction guarantees lightness and reliability. It is a combination of an excellent shape with durability, making it one of the most advanced on the market. The built-in visor, besides its aesthetic appearance, also offers a wide field of view, which is extremely important when skiing in challenging conditions.

    The helmet's spherical visors are designed to provide the best visibility without distortion. The UV400 & Anti Fog technology protects the eyes from harmful UV radiation while preventing the visor from fogging. Comfortable foam surrounding the visor ensures sealing and comfort.

    Advantages

    PC shell
    The shell is made of durable polycarbonate. It is a durable and abrasion- and impact-resistant material, characterised by its low weight. It is able to dissipate more impact force than thermoplastic and is relatively cheap to produce, resulting in a more attractive helmet price.
    Passive ventilation
    Permanently integrated into the helmet, the ventilation channels let fresh air in through the openings at the front and let excess heat and moisture out through the rear openings. Thanks to this solution, the goggles do not evaporate and the head is kept comfortable during activity.
    Buckle fastening
    The chin strap uses a classic buckle fastening. It is easy to use, but fastening and unfastening it can be problematic with winter gloves. It will work well with helmets designed for slightly older children.
    Soft ear muffs
    Soft ear muffs are a different helmet design with ear muffs that are not overlapped by the helmet shell. They are extremely soft and protect the ears from the cold without interfering with sound reception. They do not, however, provide protection against injuries that may occur in the event of an accident.
    EPS inner shell
    Under the outer, impact-resistant shell, there is an inner layer made of polystyrene. It has a varying density and its main function is to absorb the force of impact during an accident. It provides a good level of safety.
    Integrated viewfinder
    The construction with an integrated visor guarantees a well-fitting visor to the shape of the helmet. In addition, the lens has a much larger surface area than that used in goggles, which increases the field of vision and, thanks to the large space between the visor and the face, corrective goggles can be worn without difficulty.
    In-mould construction
    This construction mainly combines different types of in mould foam of different hardnesses. These layers are closely linked to the outer layer of material, which is much harder. This construction makes the helmet extremely lightweight.

    In-Mould
    In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
