    The Mizuno Wave Rider GTX running shoes draw on the latest sports technologies to provide runners not only with performance but also comfort and protection in various weather conditions.

    The Gore-Tex membrane takes protection against changing weather conditions to a new level, offering confidence and comfort even in tough conditions. Gore-Tex is renowned for its ability to provide waterproofness while maintaining the breathable properties of the material, keeping feet dry and comfortable regardless of the weather’s whims.

    In the rear part of the shoe, Mizuno Enerzy foam is used, which excellently cushions and returns energy, while being very durable. Comfort during running is enhanced by the removable Premium Insock insole, and easier foot roll is ensured by the SmoothRide technology.

    The midsole is enriched with a U4ic compound, which cushions shocks and absorbs vibrations, while being extremely lightweight. All this makes the Wave Rider GTX a good choice for running on unfamiliar trails, regardless of the weather.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
