DROP STITCH ULTRA Technology – low weight, high stiffness
The AQUASTIC Compact 11’0” model is based on a single-layer PVC coating with a density of 2200 g/m², characterized by resistance to punctures, UV radiation, and the effects of saltwater. The model is made using advanced DROP STITCH ULTRA technology. Thanks to this, it was possible to achieve high stiffness and durability of the board with minimal weight. Internal layers are welded and the edges of the rail are glued, which not only increases durability but also reduces glue consumption, making production more environmentally friendly.
Integrated stringers – additional stiffening
To further increase the stiffness of the construction, the board is equipped with two stringers – special reinforcements located along the top and bottom surfaces. Thanks to them, the board better maintains its shape even under heavy load, which translates into higher comfort and efficiency during paddling.
Woven, linear drop stitch – lightweight and durable structure
The linear drop stitch technology involves a longitudinal arrangement of fibers that form the internal structure of the board. These fibers additionally intersect, which improves resistance to deformation and strengthens the entire construction. As a result, the board is more compact, better withstands intensive use, and retains its original properties longer.
Foldable construction – 50% less space when folded
The AQUASTIC Compact 11'0" can be folded lengthwise in half before rolling, which reduces its size by up to 50% compared to a classic board. This is a huge advantage for people traveling with limited luggage or who want to easily store the equipment in an apartment, camper, or trunk.
Optimal dimensions and buoyancy
The model measures 335 cm in length, 81 cm in width, and 12 cm in thickness. This configuration translates to a buoyancy of 260 liters and a maximum load of up to 100 kg. Thanks to this, the board is perfect for one person with a small amount of luggage. The low thickness also helps maintain a low center of gravity, which positively affects stability.
