This model features a 3-layer GORE-TEX® membrane with GORE® C-KNIT™ technology, offering waterproofing at 28,000 mm water column and high breathability. This ensures the jacket effectively protects against rain while wicking away excess moisture during intense activity. Additional support comes from the DWR hydrophobic coating, which helps water droplets run off the fabric surface.

Eco-friendly and durable materials

The Arc'teryx Beta SL is made from polyamide and recycled materials, ensuring a sustainable production process free from harmful PFC compounds. The three-layer construction uses an outer polyamide fabric permanently bonded to polyethylene and polyurethane membranes, providing high resistance to mechanical damage and waterproofing.

Functional outdoor features

The jacket is equipped with RECCO® technology, an adjustable StormHood™ hood, and Velcro® cuff closures, enhancing safety and comfort during mountain hikes.
