Technical shoes Salewa Wildfire GTX are a proposal for demanding men who expect support, good fit, and protection against adverse weather from their footwear. This model will be a good choice for hiking on less demanding terrain, but it will also work well for more challenging mountain ascents. 

The synthetic upper fits the foot well and provides high support for the heel and ankle. This is thanks to the combination of the Salewa 3F system with the EXA Shell mesh, which also increases torsional stability. Hiking on difficult terrain will be safer and more comfortable, and the upper is protected against abrasion. 

There is also a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane. Thanks to it, unexpected rain and groundwater will not penetrate deep into the shoe. The flexible insert on the tongue provides additional protection against soaking. The whole remains exceptionally breathable, which improves sweat wicking to the outside. Feet will stay dry even during demanding walks.

The self-cleaning sole POMOCA® Speed MTN Path with aggressive tread ensures optimal traction on mud and soft terrain. A special climbing zone under the toes and a rubber compound guarantee a secure step on flat rocky surfaces and smaller ledges. The S-Path zone promotes a more natural and smoother foot roll during dynamic movement at a fast pace.
