Men's running shoes HOKA Rincon 4 yuzu/tart apple (1155130-YZT)
Men's running shoes HOKA Rincon 4 are an advanced model designed for runners seeking comfort and performance on asphalt. Weighing 228 g, these shoes are lightweight, which supports long and fast runs, minimizing fatigue. Thanks to the built-in Meta-Rocker technology, the shoes support the natural foot movement, improving stride dynamics and running smoothness.
Sole and cushioning
The central feature of the HOKA Rincon 4 shoes is the midsole made of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam. This material provides excellent cushioning, minimizing shocks transmitted to the joints. The rubber outsole, on the other hand, guarantees exceptional durability and grip on asphalt.
Upper and fit
The upper made of lightweight and breathable mesh ensures excellent ventilation, which is crucial during intense training sessions. The standard width of the upper provides comfort without causing pressure or discomfort during running. These shoes offer optimal support for a neutral foot type.
Construction and ergonomics
The unique design of the HOKA Rincon 4 shoes features a 5 mm drop, which supports the natural rolling of the foot from heel to toes. This construction encourages efficient running with a low risk of injury. This model focuses on ergonomics and support, perfectly working with the runner's dynamics.
Purpose and application
Primarily intended for running on asphalt, the HOKA Rincon 4 shoes perform excellently both during daily training and competitions. Thanks to the materials and technology used, they are dedicated to runners who value both comfort and performance.

Advanced cushioning and stability
The midsole, made up of two layers, ensures optimal cushioning and responsiveness. The Active Foot Frame™ technology, focused on the rear part of the foot, stabilises the foot while running, providing better control and confidence with each step.

Lightweight and durable outer sole.
The sole made of rubberised ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) offers lightness and excellent cushioning, while also ensuring appropriate durability. The sole's construction enhances grip and stability on various surfaces, allowing for running on both hard and soft trails.

Fluid transitions thanks to Smooth MetaRocker™
The Smooth MetaRocker™ technology supports the natural movement of the foot, enabling a smooth roll from heel to toe. This solution improves running efficiency and reduces joint stress, making the Rincon 4 ideal for long distances.

Faster than Cliftons
I have been running for just over a year. I used to buy Cliftons but was advised to try the Rincons, which are supposedly faster. I was a bit sceptical but as the Rincons were at a good price I bought them. After today's training I am delighted. Not as much cushioning as the Cliftons but the speed.... wow. I ran at such a rhythm to get, as I usually do on a leisurely workout, 5:30/km. With the same running parameters I'm averaging 5:15/km. Well, I can see that the Cliftons will stay for daily training and the Rincons will become starting shoes. I dread to think what happens when the shoes have a carbon insole....
Revelation!!!
I run between 30 and 50km a week, I recently used Hoka Clifton 9,I am very happy with them. I've done about 1000km in them, I can already feel the cushioning, but they are still in great condition, they haven't cracked anywhere, I can still easily run km in the woods and on soft ground, without a significant feeling of lack of cushioning. However, I no longer wear them on asphalt. Given the very high quality of the Cliftons, I bought the Hoka Rincon 4 this time with shorter distances in mind. In my opinion they are the best! So far I have done 40 km of training in them (including intervals at a pace of about 4.30 4.40 and faster runs) as well as the start of a dash at an average pace of 4.50, and I can say that they are mega dynamic, lightweight and really comfortable. Compared to the Cliftons, they are harder, but they really don't lack cushioning; I would even be tempted to say that you can run a marathon in them at 75 kg, as I do. In a word:
RECOMMENDQuick Shoes
Highly recommended, fast and comfortable shoes. Very lightweight. Ideal for fast 5km and 10km competitions.
Pleasants
A dozen runs behind me already and I am delighted with these shoes. Beginner runner, first running shoe and hit the jackpot! I really appreciate the lightness of the shoe and the great cushioning thanks to the foam on tarmac runs. I highly recommend
