I don't like sport and I really struggle at least once a week to do something with weights. This ball is great. I slam it against the floor with all my might and it bounces high enough that you can get caught in the air without always bending over. Same if you use a wall. It's very effective cardio combined with GPP and it helps relieve stress or aggression.
The diameter of the ball is about 25cm, about the size of a volleyball.
A 10,15,20 or 25kg version would be great if it existed.
