Very useful, much more convenient and during the workout to change weights.The mechanism is quite accurate and satbil, but it does move a little when using the weights. The angularity of the handle is a bit uncomfortable for me unfortunately. It is fragile because of a lot of plastic (the shifting mechanism is also in it), you have to be very careful.
