The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.

An impregnation technology that is based on long paraffin chains that wrap spirally around individual thread or yarn fibres, forming a very thin layer. This layer reduces surface tension so that water droplets and even mud particles run down the surface of the fibre, while maintaining breathability.

This is an innovative technology that makes the garment extremely durable. Special inserts made from schoeller® give the garments a high resistance to damage caused by mechanical forces. In tests with the Martindale machine, the garment has passed more than 100,000 friction cycles, which testifies to its excellent quality and durability.
