The numerous defects in the paws led me to ask, by way of complaint, for them to be replaced with other, full-quality ones. This was not done and my money was refunded.
The paws were and are on offer all the time, so they could be exchanged. I therefore conclude that there are no defect-free coaching paws on sale and the products offered by Sportano were rejected by the manufacturer's quality control department. It would have been fair to inform customers that lll grade, perhaps even post-production waste, was being sold.
