These are nice shoes. Comfortable, light, soft, well-designed sole. It's a pleasure to walk in them. You need to try on in a regular store to determine the size. The specified size chart is not adequate. Half a size bigger than Mizuno sneakers, i.e. these 44s are roughly the same as Mizuno 44.5s.

They look very good, walk well in them, the size is perfect. The only thing I don't know is how waterproof they are, which is what I wanted when I made my choice.

For everyday use they can be. On wet pavement quite stable, good insulation. For longer walks/hikes not very comfortable, the heel does not hold well, metal eyelets for laces are a drama. It is impossible to pull the laces well, you have to pull them out to tie the shoe tightly, plus they wear through easily, they have sharp, tapering edges!

They look clumsy but they work well. I'm wearing the second pair I bought for my son. They don't sneak. The leg doesn't get cold. Even on a bike they work better in winter as they are designed for cycling.

The quality is super, it lasted the whole winter and autumn, for spring and summer it will be hot, although TEXAPORE works and removes moisture and does not get wet. I recommend it for autumn and winter.

Clunky, heavy rather than for long hikes, but solidly made they look sturdy. I think they will do well for autumn walks. A big minus for the sizing. It doesn't agree in centimetres. I bought 27.6cm because I have a 27.5cm foot and they were a centimetre too big. Corrected the shoe to 26.7 cm and they are perfect (from 44.5 to 43). But manufactured in China so....
