They are very comfortable and have a reasonably thick and stiff sole so that there is no discomfort on the stones. There is no feeling of wearing 'water' shoes. They also fit the foot very well. The downside is unfortunately the type of tread in the sole. Every time I leave the house, I have to pull out stuck small stones which are noticeable on the asphalt. I don't use the shoes for running only for walking the dog in mixed terrain. I think they are very good shoes for the beginning of a barefoot adventure because of their greater stiffness.

Excellent.
I've known and used barefoot shoes for years. It's like having nothing on your feet. This version has an interesting "grooved" sole and walking on a rocky road is not uncomfortable. I recommend
