I've switched from slow mileage slapping shoes to something faster and the difference is bigger than I expected. The shoes are really dynamic, the foam is springy and the colour scheme although a matter of taste is beautiful. There is no discomfort during long runs, the plate has a stabilising effect and doesn't interfere with anything
