The ABUS StormChaser helmet is produced using the In-Mold method, which ensures a durable bond between the outer shell and the impact-absorbing inner material (EPS). This technology increases the helmet’s durability while minimizing its weight, resulting in wearing comfort and better protection during falls.
Additional protection of the lower edge of the helmet shields it from external influences such as impacts and scratches. This solution not only enhances the helmet’s durability but also adds to its aesthetics, making it more resistant to everyday use.
StormChaser is compatible with hair tied in a ponytail, making it an ideal choice for people wearing a ponytail. The specially designed ponytail hole provides extra comfort and convenience, allowing the user to easily tie their hair without compromising safety.
To increase safety, the StormChaser helmet is equipped with strong reflectors that ensure good visibility of the user on the road. These reflectors effectively reflect light, which enhances the cyclist’s visibility in low-light conditions, such as riding at dusk or at night.

The precise Zoom Pro adjustment system with a handy wheel allows for easy and accurate fitting of the helmet to the head. This system can also be adjusted in height, providing even better fit and comfort during use. Thanks to the Zoom Pro, the helmet remains stable on the head, even during dynamic riding.
Cooling the head
The Forced Air Cooling technology is an advanced ventilation system that ensures optimal air circulation inside the helmet. Internal ventilation channels connect 7 air inlets with 16 air outlets, effectively cooling the head during intense riding. This system prevents overheating, providing comfort even on the warmest days.
Goggle strap
The ABUS StormChaser helmet features an aerodynamic goggle holder known as the Eyewear Port. This element allows for safe storage of glasses or goggles when they are not in use. Special guides for the temple arms at the back of the helmet also prevent them from being lost or damaged, which is practical and convenient for every cyclist.
Stability
The helmet is equipped with a half-ring that surrounds the head halfway, which ensures better fit and stability. This element, made of plastic, is connected to an adjustment system, allowing for precise tailoring of the helmet to the user's individual needs.
OlaCool
A very good, comfortable helmet, bought deliberately for a small head - bought deliberately with the intention of stitching the straps, which for some people stand out from the face (front strap on each side) because the strap at the back is shorter and there is not enough adjustment. The strap attachments are small press-on metal rods - they are easy to pull out, shorten the length of the straps by stitching on a sewing machine and reinsert, even without cutting the strap. Colour very nice.
