I took a size L for a hip measurement of 107. I plan to wear them under leggings, so I took them with room to spare. I think smaller ones would be fine too, because they are still oversized. For my height of 160cm, they are a little long, although this is a shorter model. But the excess length can be easily corrected by tightening the bottom of the trousers.
