The modern water rower Kettler Axos Rower H2O features a reliable resistance generation system through water placed in a 17-liter tank. The difficulty level of the exercise depends on the rowing pace and the amount of water in the tank. It is equipped with a training computer with an intuitive display that allows access to the most important training parameters.

Exercises on the water ergometer are an ideal way to strengthen the muscles of the entire body, improve body shape, and increase endurance.
