Nice waistcoat, much more comfortable than with a waist belt. In the sun it's an extra layer, and keeps you warm. Lots of pockets to hold everything you need. Perhaps an additional zipped one would be useful.

A lightweight running waistcoat into which you can pack essential energy products. It has a nice colour. On the downside, the seam bruises at the collarbone and the back pocket doesn't have a fastener and it happens that something falls out of it.

The quality of the product is really high, but I think the vest has too many ties. They can be useful if you want to attach things, but considering this is a running vest, I was counting on the ties to be minimal in quantity.
