Men's running shoes Joma R.4000 white/red (RR400S2402)

Advantages

Breathability
The materials used in this model are highly breathable, meaning that moisture is effectively wicked away, leaving the inside of the running shoe dry and comfortable.
Adhesion
The sole construction used is distinguished by its high traction coefficient, which allows stable stepping when running in adverse weather conditions or over difficult terrain.
Depreciation
The sole material provides excellent cushioning and high energy return to make your run comfortable and safe, no matter what terrain you[re on.
Lightness
The designed construction of the sole and upper and the use of suitable materials ensures lightness without losing the necessary comfort during frequent, intensive use.
Stabilisation
The shoes are designed with a particular focus on safety, so they provide exceptional stability to prevent injuries and trauma and protect the feet during intense training sessions.
Neutral foot
The shoes are designed for people with neutral feet, who do not require additional support or elements to correct rolling, as this type of foot distributes weight evenly.
Durability
The use of strong and damage-resistant rubber in the construction of sportswear and footwear, which provides high durability and improves their lifespan.
VTS
A specialised ventilation system that is responsible for wicking moisture to the outside and providing excellent thermal insulation.
Stabilis
A plastic element located in the sole of running shoes from the Joma brand. It is located in the narrowest part of the shoe - between the forefoot and the rearfoot. The purpose of the element is to provide stability and avoid unwanted movement of the foot.
Sportech
A solution found in sports footwear by Joma. It uses injected rubber, avoiding the use of seams and stiff materials in the upper of the shoe. By improving the flexing capabilities of the foot, it gives full freedom of movement. Provides lightness, comfort and a good fit.
FLY REACTIVE
It is a mechanism located in the central part of the sole, constructed from a lightweight and reactive material that deflects significant amounts of energy with each contact with the ground. Thanks to its resilience and light weight, it instantly returns to its initial state, maximising the efficiency of the foot's movement during each step.

When shopping for Joma brand shoes, we recommend choosing a smaller size due to oversized sizing.

How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

    1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

    3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

    4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
