Thanks to the Track console, you can choose from dozens of other programs – all at the press of a button. Personalized training programs allow you to train at a high level. The Quick Start option remembers your preferred walking, jogging, and running speeds, as well as three different incline positions.

The device allows the use of Bluetooth to connect with Nike+®, Garmin®, or MyFitnessPal®. The Life Fitness Connect app can be seamlessly connected with Life Fitness devices to monitor your workouts. The Track console with an LCD display reads parameters such as calories, distance, speed, difficulty level, time, heart rate, and target heart rate.

The treadmill allows training based on 20 different programs and provides incline adjustment at 15 levels.
