Wooden core
The core, or central structure of the ski, is made from high-quality natural wood. It is characterised by high flex resistance, good vibration dampening and relatively low resonance, which is reflected in the comfort of the ski.
Amphibio TruLine Technology
A technology that is based on the concept of right and left skis and the optimum distribution of material along the edge of the ski. The structured material is distributed across the entire inside of the ski and therefore guarantees stability and dynamic turn entry. Less material on the edge of the ski translates into lightness and smooth cornering.
Mono Ti
A construction used in the manufacture of the wooden core for skis. It is a single layer of titanal (aluminium alloy) that covers the top surface of the cores to improve flex and increase performance.
SST Sidewall
An innovative technology that is responsible for the vertical distribution of the ABS material along the entire length of the ski, which contributes to greater control, stability and a safe and dynamic exit into corners.
Carbon Rods
Carbon rods that form part of the construction of skis from the Elan brand. They run along the length of the core and reduce its weight, while providing the ski with stability, resilience and lateral stiffness.
Tubelite Woodcore
A state-of-the-art system used in the ski which uses carbon fibres in the wooden core to ensure adequate torsion and rebound. This keeps the ski lightweight and stable.
