    The heart rate strap Garmin HRM Dual will help you monitor your progress during activities that require more precise measurement. During certain exercises, measuring heart rate on the wrist may be insufficient due to hand movements that distort the result. When accurate measurements are needed, the sensor placed on the chest is a better solution.    

    Track your results during workouts at home, outdoors, or online thanks to the module connecting via ANT+® and Bluetooth® Low Energy. With it, you can read your data on a Garmin device or in a sports app such as Zwift. You can also connect to some fitness equipment at the gym.

    The sensor has a water resistance rating of 1 ATM, which means it is splash-resistant and can withstand pressure equivalent to immersion at a depth of 10 meters. The strap should not be submerged.

    Convenience

    The sensor is equipped with a fabric strap that can be adjusted as needed. It is comfortable and soft, and after removing the sensor, it can be washed in a washing machine.

    Battery

    The battery CR2032 attached to the sensor can last for up to 3.5 years, assuming the band is used for one hour a day. You can easily replace the drained battery yourself.
