I'm 184cm tall and weigh 78kg, size L fits, but the jacket is too tight. It's cool in a jersey and this jacket at +10, but I'm also cold. At colder temperatures, you need to look for some kind of merino thermal, but I'm not sure if it will help. You can't put an extra sweater under it, so now I'm looking at warm vests to put on top.
I like the quality of the materials, but this jacket is not for winter.
