With its help, you will analyze as many as 16 health indicators, including the ratio of body fat, muscle mass, water content in the body, protein ratio, body age, and determine your ideal body weight. The scale transmits previously measured body data to the app, allowing the app, after calculating calories burned during exercises of one of the 18 supported sports, to develop an appropriate workout plan on its own.
