The suit's construction uses high-quality fabrics, including stretch-resistant CORDURA®, to guarantee durability in tough, rocky conditions. Damage to the outer layer could have catastrophic consequences in a harsh and freezing climate. The outer material is exceptionally durable, resistant to abrasions or tears. To reinforce the entire structure in critical areas, e.g., under the harness, Kevlar® fibers were used.

The Watusi Expedition suit must withstand truly extreme conditions to provide the climber with maximum comfort and warmth. Two types of insulation were chosen here - synthetic G-LOFT and natural 750-fill goose down with RDS certification. G-LOFT is a premium insulation that provides warmth even in wet conditions. The fibers retain their resilience even after washing, so nothing negatively affects their functionality. Additionally, it ensures proper airflow.

This model guarantees protection against strong, freezing wind, as well as other adverse weather conditions such as rain and snow. To ensure freedom of movement, the suit's construction uses a body mapping system, and the roomy size provides adequate space inside the suit.
