A large amount of ZoomX foam used in the midsole excellently absorbs shocks, thereby providing comfort during long runs. This model also features a full-length carbon plate, the thickness of which depends on the shoe size. It adds flexibility and allows for smooth transitions.

    Air Zoom Alphafly Next FK has two Air Zoom air cushions, which return energy and make running more dynamic. The drop from heel to toe is 4 mm, allowing for a more natural foot strike. These shoes are an aerodynamic model that will enable high speeds during long-distance running.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
