Men's shoes Nike Zoom Fly 5 A.I.R owe their appearance to a collaboration with Hola Lou, who designed minimalist shapes located on the upper. Besides an interesting look, this model offers excellent cushioning thanks to a lightweight system, and the lightweight ZoomX foam used in the midsole adds springiness to every step.
The smooth rolling of the foot and the feeling of fluidity during running are ensured by a specially shaped full-length plate in the sole. The drop from heel to toe is 10 mm, which provides good cushioning in the heel area and minimizes the risk of injuries for less experienced runners.

The upper is made from breathable mesh, which, combined with dynamic lacing and reinforcement in the midfoot area, ensures a snug fit of the shoe.
Sole
The rubber sole has been widened at the front and around the heel, making it much easier to navigate corners on the track.
Easy step
The rear part of the sole has been optimised for contact with the ground. It has been "cut" to facilitate the transition from heel to toe, additionally improving the springiness of the step.
