    The women's shoe model Wave Horizon 6 from Mizuno is a choice for runners who expect maximum comfort and lightness while running on hard surfaces such as asphalt or sidewalks. The shoe gives the feeling as if you are running on water. This is all thanks to the combination of MIZUNO ENERZY CORE technology and the MIZUNO WAVE sole construction. As a result, the shoe features high cushioning, stability, and great rebound power.     

    Moreover, the midsole uses the U4icX material, which, due to its softness, improves step stability. The SmoothRide technology is responsible for easier and smoother foot roll as well as shock reduction. In this model, the foot stays perfectly in place during the run thanks to the use of AreoHug technology in the upper. The drop from heel to toe is 8 mm, allowing for a more natural foot position inside the shoe. The low drop promotes improved running technique. All of this makes the Wave Horizon 6  suitable for marathons lasting up to 3.5 hours and for three-hour training sessions.

      These are my first shoes from this company, I bought without conviction, with the thought "if anything I'll return them", it turned out that I can't stop running in them. I've been running a lot, preparing for a marathon, half marathons, they've worked super well. Soft, comfortable, the foot feels like it's in foam. Positive surprise. I have a problem with pronation and here the shoes helped me a lot because both my foot and ankle stopped hurting. They fit well, there is slack in the yards, shoes I buy in cm 25-25.5 and size 40 is perfect. I have a narrow foot and also for me the shoes on the plus, the foot does not "fly" in the shoe is perfectly matched. Recently with a cracked toe I ran a half marathon in the woods and they also worked perfectly, went without pain.

      I bought miruno shoes for the first time, I specially selected them for me, because I have problems with my foot, I have pronation, so I needed support. I have to admit that they work very well, soft, comfortable, no pain in the foot, (I have already run various distances, about 16km at the longest) and of course they surprised me very positively.       How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
