The water ergometer Kettler Aquarower 700 is a modern device in which the resistance force is generated by water placed in the tank. In the Aquarower 700, it is possible to adjust the amount of water on a 5-level scale using a knob. The rower is made of American ash and steel. The rower has two ways to control the resistance. This can be done using a knob calibrated with the computer on the water tank or through the LEVEL UP/DOWN buttons located on the computer.

The Aquarower 700 features a practical training computer that allows reading the most important training parameters, such as time per 500 m distance, training time, distance covered, power in Watts, and energy consumption. The oar in the tank is set in motion by a cable with an ergonomic handle at the end.   

In the water ergometer, the exercise difficulty level depends on the amount of water and the intensity of the movement. For the highest level of comfort and training adjustment to needs, a knob regulating the amount of water in the tank is used. The 5-level scale allows a wide choice of difficulty levels for the performed training, suitable for every user. The computer can be connected to an external measurement belt, which enables heart rate analysis during exercise. An additional advantage is that all calculations are based, among others, on the amount of water in the tank and the resistance level.

A great advantage of the Aquarower 700 is the built-in Bluetooth module, which allows easy and quick pairing with a mobile device such as a phone or tablet. Thanks to this, you will be able to use fitness or rowing applications.
