Defenders Of Awesome Wide features longitudinal reinforcements made of lightweight carbon strips in its construction, which increase its power and responsiveness. This model also uses MAGIC BEAN™ RESIN combined with inserts above and below the core made of SPECIAL BLEND FIBERGLASS, which enhance the board's strength and durability. The eco-friendly resin provides the board with good properties without negatively affecting its weight. The main advantage of the Defenders Of Awesome Wide board is the new wooden core P2 SUPERLIGHT CORE™ used. This combination of poplar and paulownia has resulted in an extremely strong and very light, energetic core. Maximum pop and high resistance are its greatest benefits.

Increased durability is also thanks to the FORTRESS™ ARAMID BOUND SIDEWALLS technology used. Aramid fibers provide greater strength by firmly bonding the sidewall to the core, and additionally, they excellently dampen vibrations. Full ABS sidewalls ensure good contact with the snow. You will also find high-quality 4 x 2 stainless steel inserts, and the board is finished with Multitech™ Level 5 DeepSpace™ laminate with a PAM16000™ top layer.
