Dietary supplement. Contains a sweetening substance. Protein supplement based on whey protein concentrate with the addition of buttermilk, available in 17 delicious, unique flavors. Directions for use
Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 1 serving before training and the second immediately after. The recommended daily serving of the product is 60 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
